Artrix provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to various devices.

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand-new condition. Please contact us if you would like additional information about a product before making a purchase. We have a team of friendly and experienced staff standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect vaporizer.

 

2. 7-DAY POLICY

Customers can report the following information within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order to obtain a refund or replacement service from us:

– Damaged items, lost packages/items.

– If customer is at fault (eg. buyer’s remorse), you will need to bear the shipping costs incurred when returning (per label).

– If an order is rejected and returned, the customer will be required to pay the all shipping fee and UPS return label fee (per label).

– If customer is not at fault, all fees will be waived.

– All custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned.

– If a product is used, it is final sale.

– It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages are sent using a traceable ground shipping method to our Fulfillment Center.

Product(s) should be:

  • In good condition, in original packaging with all products, parts and accessories and all Label on the exterior and Received in saleable condition.
  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the product was mis-shipped or defective upon arrival.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box.
  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
  • When buy in case, but return less than case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using next higher price level.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Artrix.
  • No returns can be made on clearance sale items; these are considered final sales.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.

 

3. 90-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

If you found your item may be defective and it’s not due to shipping damages, please contact us for a warranty within 90 days of purchase. Please have available order number and the original date of purchase for verification.

Undamaged products can be returned for a exchange, regardless of the reason, within 90 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in Artrix’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories ( When returning products purchased in the “Buy One, Get One” promotion, you must return both products. If you only return one product, your request will be rejected )
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty requests, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For quality related warranty requests, No Any Fee Applied
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
  • Non-rechargeable products (such as ArtrixDemo) are disposable FMCGs. If it runs out of power due to not vaping for a long time after starting, it is not within the scope of our store’s return and exchange.

 

We do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, but Artrix reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Especially refund & return requests without reasons or evidence.
