ABOUT ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP (“our,” “us”, “our loyalty program” or “Program”) ! This is a rewards plan for our fans to redeem rewards, get access to events, receive member exclusive promotions, and the latest news. Once you’ve joined our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.1.2 APPLICABILITY
The Program is available online at artrix.store. Each Account is enrolled in the Program once, regardless of the number of cardholders and authorized users. Every purchase will be accounted for your membership, but level upgrades and degradation are based on your purchase.1.3 VALIDITY
A purchase is necessary to become a member. The Eligible Purchases means purchases of merchandise and gift cards through available payment at ARTRIX store in the provisions time, excluding the amount of refunds/rejection/cancellation on your orders and payment with ARTRIX gift cards.1.4 MEMBERSHIP
There is no fee for the ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP. The membership is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per individual. It is your identification that represent you are at legal ages to join our program and responsibility for your membership to keep your email and contact details up to date in your Account. ARTRIX reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the Account being removed from the Program without notice. When a Membership is terminated, all outstanding coupons and outstanding rewards associated with the Membership are forfeited.ABOUT TIERS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP consists of 7 status: General, Copper, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Legend.2.2 CHANGES
Every tier is valid for 12 months from the date the member qualifies(exclude General); after that, identity validation is required every month. Data refreshes typically take up to 24 hours. Please check your tier level after 24 hours. Once you achieve General, you will earn a life-long status. Please note that the tier level of your membership is based on the times of eligible purchases or the amount of eligible spending during the past 12 months which is 45 days before the refresh date every month.3.1 INTRODUCTION

General Tier
Congratulations on becoming a member with a minimum purchase of $10. As a General member, you can access our membership and points system, as well as enjoy member-exclusive prices on special days. We wish you a delightful shopping experience.
Copper Tier
With a minimum purchase of $100, you’ve earned the Copper membership! In addition to General benefits, you will receive monthly discount coupons, hoping you’ll find your favorite products on our website.
Silver Tier
Achieving Silver membership with a minimum purchase of $500 comes with basic member benefits and complimentary discount coupons. Furthermore, you’ll receive a 5% member discount that can be combined with coupons, further enhancing your savings.
Gold Tier
Your purchase of $1000 has earned you the Gold membership! You’ll enjoy all the benefits mentioned earlier, plus an 8% member discount. We’ll also assign you a dedicated customer service representative who will prioritize understanding and addressing your needs.
Platinum Tier
Reaching Platinum status with a minimum purchase of $5000 qualifies you as a valued Brand Ambassador. You will receive exclusive invitations to be among the first to experience our new product launches via email. Additionally, your member discount increases to 10%.
Diamond Tier
As a Diamond member, achieved with a minimum purchase of $10,000, you are entitled to all member benefits. We understand that you may have resale requirements, so we’ve increased your member discount to 12% and provided limited marketing materials to assist your business.
Legend Tier
Congratulations on reaching the Legend tier with a minimum purchase of $50,000, the highest level of membership! Enjoy the maximum 15% member discount. We believe you may have your own distribution channels and stores. In addition to marketing materials, we will share marketing strategy reports in the info bank, ensuring our partnership is mutually beneficial. Thank you for your recognition; together, we’ll achieve great success.

3.3 OTHERS
Details and terms of any Offers as set out on the Program Website are valid for your effective membership period unless otherwise specified on the Program Website.
Please noted that rewards from ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or applied to past purchases.
Coupons are only applicable to your registered site.

4.1 APPROVAL
Once you join our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the rules. ARTRIX may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP rules, regulations, rewards, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP and/or may terminate the ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of this rule on this page. If you continue to use our membership rights after the terms of these rules are changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed in the rules. Please check the website regularly for updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account on the website or please contact ARTRIX Customer Service. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes.
Please note that terminating your membership means that you will only be able to shop at artrix.store using the guest check-out and any outstanding Points and outstanding Rewards which remain in such account will be forfeited.
4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ARTRIX may modify the terms of the program including the Rewards and the Tiers, or to suspend or terminate the program if this program is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in loss of purchase and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any provision of the program, any misrepresentation or any action that damages ARTRIX’s interests, or fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member being revoked from membership and will affect the member’s eligibility for further participation in the program.
4.4 COMMUNICATIONS
In the event of Terms and Rewards’ modification, suspension or termination, ARTRIX will notify via mail, email, and other channels about marketing with your permission, as well as show all changes on this page. Unsubscribing will cause you to not receive our message in time and you will not receive any compensation from ARTRIX in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that ARTRIX may continue to send you emails like changes or information about your account and membership.
ARTRIX reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the membership standard of ARTRIX MEMBERSHIP at any time, which may involve changes of level status and rewards. Finally, ARTRIX has the power to ultimate interpretation.

Earning ArtrixCredits
A: The ArtrixCredits Rewards loyalty program is a program that allows customers to earn ArtrixCredits on Artrix.store (excluding third-party retailers) that can be redeemed for rewards and member benefits as a thank-you for their loyalty.
A: If you already have an account on Artrix.store, simply log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, register for an ArtrixCredits account to start earning rewards.
Note: To earn ArtrixCredits, you must be registered for the ArtrixCredits Rewards Program.
A: No, the rewards program is free for Anyone over the age of 21 in the US (or the age required by local law).
A: No, ArtrixCredits earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason. Please refer to the step-by-step guide to check your ArtrixCredits balance.
A: ArtrixCredits can be earned on Artrix.store. To earn ArtrixCredits, you must be logged in to your Artrix account at the time of purchase or engage in other eligible actions that qualify for rewards. ArtrixCredits cannot earned for shipping charges or taxes.
A: Your ArtrixCredits will be credited to your account 7 days after the payment of your order is successful. If you return a product or cancel an order, the ArtrixCredits earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. ArtrixCredits will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.
A: Yes. ArtrixCredits earned after the launch date will expire one year after they are unlocked. Expired ArtrixCredits will be deducted from your account.
Redeeming ArtrixCredits
A: To redeem your ArtrixCredits, log in to your account and go to the “Redeem ArtrixCredits Rewards” section. Select the product you want and click on “Redeem Now,” then fill in the shipping details and submit your request.
a. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the “My Rewards” section. Click on the order number to go to “My Account” page and track the delivery status of your parcel.
b. You will receive an order confirmation email after redemption. Once the redeemed product ships out, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number.
A: In most cases, you need to pay shipping fees for redeemed products.
A: No, once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please double-check before confirming the redemption. Contact Artrix Customer Service at info@artrixglobal.com within 7 days if the products arrive damaged.
